At Maven Clinic, I played a key role in leading and designing brand campaign content aimed at attracting new investors to our business model. For this project, the product and marketing team stacked each of us with creating a campaign that reflected Maven’s core values.
Our team focused on key themes to guide the visuals, with “global” and “united outreach” emerging as central concepts to convey Maven’s mission.
Discovery & Brief:
Before final deliverables were created, I collaborated with the product teams to gather requirements for UX deliverables, which fall into three primary categories: Business, User, and Technical.
By understanding these requirements, I brainstormed and collaborated working on user interviews regarding how the Maven brand was evolving for its customers on the app. The product design team & I collaborated sharing ideas in our Figma exploration files.
With these user interview’s we landed on the copy “One Maven, Many Voices.”
Some other options chosen were “Connecting Cultures, Sharing Wisdom: A Global Journey of Learning” and “Empowering lives globally, the Maven impact”
Define:
From there, I began selecting visual design swipes that I felt would enhance and clarify our research and concepts.
I’ve always viewed collage as an inviting and community-focused visual identity, which naturally inspired me to explore swipes and ideas that reflect that concept. I also found inspiration for my brand voice in companies like Nike and Chanel, which embody similar core customer values.
Final designs:
After two design reviews, we finalized the visual designs and branding elements to present to senior leadership and stakeholders. The feedback we received was overwhelmingly positive, and these designs were successfully used to pitch our concept for the HLTH tech event in Las Vegas.
